Artists Rights

• By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions as well as my rules which are public and will be reminded as necessary.• Clients under NO circumstances are permitted to use my artwork to do the following: Use in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, to train artificial intelligence (AI), or future inventions in the space.• By commissioning me you are purchasing my services as an artist, I retain copyrights over my pieces and may use them in posts and advertising.• My work days for artwork are Wednesdays and Thursdays, sometimes I will work on them outside of that time frame, but I have a job, relationships, and personal artwork that I have to juggle as well.• I have the right to reject a commission for any reason, and do not owe an explanation.• If I find a commissioner displays behaviors that I am not comfortable with supporting, namely rude or bigoted behavior I am free to not want to associate with said client and possibly blacklist them for my own comfort.• Seeing as my SFW content is still leaning towards the suggestive/adult audience, I will not sell to those with their ages listed as being under 18. If not listed on your profile I will try to ask you directly for your age.• If a client doesn't adhere to my wills and wont's it may result in a blacklist, I as the person providing a service will do my part to try and communicate any discomforts, and resolve things in dm's accordingly before resorting to a blacklist.• I take payment after a sketch is completed and approved of by the commissioner unless stated otherwise. The usual exception to the rules would be close friends and family.• After a piece is close to completion (ex: in the rendering stage), I will not be providing full refunds for the artwork, and will instead provide you with a partial refund and possibly the completed work depending on what we discuss.

Commissioner Terms

• Stylistic choices & colors may not exactly match references provided, I will be translating your character to my own style.• Clients will receive a PNG of art that I complete unless it is discussed to be in a different format or if a PSD is required for rigging(Tweening rigs, PNGtuber & Vtuber models)• The client may post your commissioned works to your socials as long as I receive the proper credit.• The client may not profit off my work unless specified and confirmed with a contract/poof of agreement that I allow them to use my work commercially.• The client may use the art for icons or on personal sites with proper credits.• All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise and confirmed via contract.• You may not clai the work as your own, and it may result in a blacklist.
